For the sustainable development and long lasting changes in the life of the vulnerable and unprivileged people as stated in the vision and mission of the organization, the impact groups are encouraged to emerge in an organized and planned manner to address the issues concerning and affecting them by converging with community groups, PRI, Government and other stakeholders to mobilize technical, managerial and financial resources with wider networking and advocacy. The community based impact groups strategically become the main actors in the intervention process for achieving the desired results by maximizing their human resource and available productive natural resources in a rational way becoming resilient.
